1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product

• Your item arrived damaged, leaking, or compromised

• The packaging was incorrect or incomplete

• The product was damaged during courier transit

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene (product cross-contaminated, e.g. mixed together) reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Products that have been opened or used

• Items that show signs of tampering

• Products damaged due to improper use or incorrect storage

• Chemicals that have been decanted into non-approved containers

• Any custom or special-order products

3. Return Process

3.1 Step 1 — Contact Us

Notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your delivery:

Provide:

• Your name

• Order number

• Photos of the product/packaging

• Reason for the return

3.2 Step 2 — Inspection

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to determine whether the return qualifies under our policy.

3.3 Step 3 — Resolution

If approved, you may choose between:

•. Replacement product
•. Refund via EFT
•. Store credit

Refunds may take 5–7 working days to process.

4. Courier Fees

If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item shipped, damage, etc.), Unit-1 will cover return courier fees.

If the return is due to customer error, the customer may be responsible for courier costs.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or delivery repeatedly failed, a re-shipping fee may apply.
