What CopperSol™
does best
Removes copper fouling.
Chemically breaks down and eliminates copper plating from inside barrel rifling lands and grooves.
Restores accuracy.
Improves shot consistency, velocity stability and barrel harmonics.
Easy-to-use formula
Cleans deeply withour excessive scrubbing.
Why CopperSol™ works so well...
Over time, succeeding copper layers in the bore will affect accuracy. The CopperSol™ ammonia-balanced formulation strips these deposits fast, revealing the clean steel beneath. The result? More consistent muzzle velocities, improved grouping, and a cleaner starting point for precision rifles, hunting rifles and competition guns. CopperSol™ is strong on copper, gentle on your firearm bore, and precise enough for serious marksmen.
Reloaders... eliminate copper-fouling from your bullet seating die from an incorrect die setting.
Nothing is quite as frustrating as inspecting your bullet seating die sleeve and spotting the tell-tale copper smearing that clings tenaciously to your die, affecting proper bullet alignment and seating. This happens when the bullet jacket scrapes against the inner surfaces of the die or case neck during the bullet seating process and deposits itself on the sleeve. The last thing you want to do is abrade and alter the tightly-toleranced inner die sleeve dimensions with a dowel, fine sandpaper or some other mechanical method. So, how do you get that copper out? Simply soak the disassembled bullet seating die sleeve in CopperSol™ for 10 minutes, scrub with a hard nylon brush…follow through with CleanShot™, and the copper is gone.
How to use CopperSol™
1.
Apply.
Fill barrel with CopperSol™ until full to the very top. See instructions for details.
2.
Let CopperSol™ react.
Set a timer for a 15-minute CopperSol™ reaction time.
3.
Scrub and patch out.
Empty out Coppersol™. Scrub bore with hard nylon or a dedicated, disposable bronze brush. Patch out until patches come out clean.
4.
Rinse with CleanShot™.
Pass a heavily-soaked patch with CleanShot™ slowly through the bore 4-5 times to neutralise CopperSol™.
5.
Protect with Iron Duty™ Gun Oil
Run a clean patch soaked with Iron Duty™ Gun Oil through the bore, and around the outside of the barrel to protect and lubricate.
